Shipping Information

We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, and Mexico. If you do not reside in any of the previously mentioned countries please send an email request, info@smallandmightyco.com, to have the product shipped to your location before you place the order, and we will do everything in our power to make it happen. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to a handful of countries. 

Free shipping is available on eligible domestic (USA) orders during promotion periods. Free shipping is via ground transportation (USPS/UPS).

Shipping Methods: 

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs and cell phone covers etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won’t fit in there.

Lost, Stolen and Undelivered Packages

*We strongly recommend requiring a signature for all orders over $500*

Small & Mighty, Co., will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it – Small & Mighty, Co., would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person – e.g. “left under table on back porch.”

If you are unable to locate the package you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

* Due to our partnership with the courier, you have a 10-day* window from your delivery date to file a claim with the courier. Unfortunately, any claims submitted past that 10-day window are unable to be processed and will result in a loss.

Damaged/Defective Items

Any orders that have been misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product is received and will be accommodated. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 3 days after the estimated delivery date.

*FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes.

APO/PO BOX Address

For security purposes, we do not ship to APO/PO BOX addresses only physical addresses.

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email providing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. It is not uncommon for a carrier to mark an order as delivered 2-3 days before it is actually delivered. Be sure to check with housemates and neighbors to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong address is provided, Small & Mighty Co., is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Holidays (Delay Shipping)

* Please note, transit delays due to customs, public holidays, severe weather, courier transit errors are not within our control. While we will do everything we can to assist with a resolution to the error, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delayed packages as the carrier has their own schedule to abide.
