Returns

Small and Mighty, Co, is fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Customers may return an order within 21 days of receiving your order. The item must be in original, unwashed, unaltered, and unused condition. Original shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

Items must be returned in the same condition as originally received. Any items received outside the 21-day return window or in unsellable condition will not be accepted. If the customer sends back a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days or immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if they do not meet our requirements.

 

Final Sale

PLEASE NOTE: All items marked "FINAL SALE" at time of purchase cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. If any merchandise purchased from our FINAL SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days* of receipt of your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your return. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your credit card and/or original form of payment.

 

**There are NO exchanges. Once there has been a return, a refund is issued back to you in the original form of payment. If wished, a new order must be placed.
